We usually charge the samples together with the shipping cost. If the bulk order reaches our discount amount, the sample cost will be reduced from the bulk total amount.

A: Usually, for the samples, the lead time is around 2~3 days( we have a huge stock warehouse), and for the custom order, it depends on the custom request details. The lead time for the logo/brand printing or package request is usually around 7~12 days. If for the product design or production, the lead time will take around 15~25 days, depending on the quantity.
